2005-09-11 My job has changed over the last few months from secretary to something of a VCR repairman and library good-will ambassador. Schedules have changed. A 2 hour drive to Columbus and back once week for 5 hours of library school. Learning C++ from a guy that reminds of of Ralph Wiggum all grown up. I have a room of my own to write and program in though it's sparse with hardwood floors that need refinishing. It's better that way for now. Married life is good but I still struggle with certain social categorizations that accompany being a wife. I still feel like I'm living with my boyfriend -- and maybe that's wrong, but I think it's life. I need to go buy a bulletin board. |
